Responsibility
I have encountered many situations where I feel that the responsibility should be shared, although instead, it is put all on one person. An example of this would be when students work in group projects. In my experience, many issues have occurred where one student decides to do absolutely no work, and one or two students are left doing all the work. Although it was the responsibility of all of the students to finish and work on the project, one or two students may fail to do so. I personally believe that, in this case, it is the other student(s) responsibility to finish the project correctly so that that student will get the grade they deserve. This student should also mention to the teacher about how the other students failed to complete their part of the project. I do not believe leaving all the work to one student is fair, but it is also not right for none of the students to work on the project just because one student decided not to. The credit and grade the student receives should be rewarding and appropriate to the amount of work done by that student.

It is definitely difficult to work in groups/teams, but it does show the importance of confronting situations and dealing with difficult times.
